We have successfully completed the construction of a new office and warehouse building in Maków Mazowiecki, Poland, delivered under the Design & Build formula.

The project covered a comprehensive scope of works – from preparation of the design documentation, through reinforced concrete and masonry works, fabrication and installation of the steel structure with wall and roof cladding, to finishing works, construction of access roads, yards and parking areas, as well as sanitary, electrical, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration installations.

With a total area of 4,865 m², the facility is another example of a comprehensive project in which responsibility for both design and construction was entrusted to a single contractor.
